
Changing your lifestyle to improve your immune system
If you’ve been procrastinating changing your lifestyle, now is the perfect time to finally fulfill that goal of getting fit and healthy. Unfortunately, health doesn’t work like a magical resistance potion however, you can’t just pop a piece of orange in your mouth and expect to have resistance from all diseases for a whole day.
Boosting your immunity and improving your health involves dedication, by changing your diet, having constant exercise, and most importantly, getting enough sleep, something that most of us are probably guilty of not doing. With that being said, here are some tips to help you with that lifestyle change.





Eat more fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins, Citrus fruits are a good source of vitamin C, which is great for boosting your immune system. If you don’t like those fruits, then there are plenty of other alternatives that are also good sources of vitamin C like
Spinach,Kale,Bell peppers,Brussels sprouts,Strawberries,Papaya and Broccoli
High-fat plant based food like seeds and nuts, like almonds,peanuts,sunflower seeds, and hazelnuts, are also good for boosting your immunity, and improves your skin and eyes.
Fruits and vegetables aren’t the only good source for vitamins though, fish,seafood and poultry are good sources of Vitamin D,Iron and Zinc.
Do some exercise, now regular exercise is one of the pillars of healthy living it improves cardiovascular health, lowers your blood pressure, helps maintain body weight, and helps your body fight against a variety of diseases, so of course it also helps to boost your immune system.
You don’t need a gym or exercise equipment to work out, walking for 30 minutes everyday in the morning still counts and actually contributes to keeping yourself healthy, but if you want something that's more intense, here is one light exercise routine you could do everyday.
